Order Processing

  • Cut-off time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM ET (Mon–Sat) are handed off to the carrier the same or next business day.
  • Handling time: 0–1 business day. Business days are Monday–Saturday (excluding U.S. holidays).
  • Processing time is in addition to the carrier transit time shown below.

*Delivery windows are carrier estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier capacity, or holiday peaks.

Tracking

  • A shipment confirmation email with a tracking link is sent as soon as your order ships.
  • Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to activate after carrier pickup.

Insurance & Priority Handling

  • If you select Priority Processing, your order is queued for faster handling.
  • If you select Priority Processing + Shipping Insurance, your order is queued for faster handling and is insured against loss or carrier-confirmed damage.
  • Claims: For insured shipments, claims must be filed within 15 days of the last tracking scan or delivery confirmation. Photo evidence may be required for damage claims.

Rates & Currency

  • All rates are shown in USD and calculated automatically at checkout based on the service selected and destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International/Canada)

Canadian orders may incur import duties, taxes, and fees once the shipment reaches Canada. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected at checkout by PureMelle.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please review your shipping address carefully. We aren’t responsible for delays or lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
  • If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but can’t be located, check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office. For insured shipments, contact us to start a claim after these steps.
  • Undeliverable or refused packages returned to us can be reshipped (additional postage may apply) or refunded minus shipping costs.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, contact us immediately at info@puremelle.com. Once an order has shipped, we can’t make changes.
